IfK has never received any "kick-backs", "retrozessionen" or other hidden commissions or fees.

Beginning November 1^st 2007 all those kind of payments have to be declared to all clients in written notice. For former years - if clients ask for it - same procedures should be done.

What's our benefit?
Our business model has two earning components; one is base fee which is linked to volume under management the other is a performance linked fee of 15%. This is measured via highwater mark, means in case of negative performance those money have to be regained first before we participate.

More and more clients ask for a conceptional analysis of their assets combined with a fixed one time payment. This service is a minimum three time consultation with personal meetings included.
